Amanda was very responsive whenever I had questions. We had some hurdles during the experience, but she was persistent with her negotiations. This enabled me to be able to achieve my goals.

Judy was always available. She did meet our daughter to look at a house more than once as we lived out of town. My wife flew into town on short notice to look at a property and Judy spent just about all day with her and our son-in-law. She even arranged for another realtor friend of hers to show us a property on a day when she was attending a family funeral. Very responsive answering our text messages and phone calls. Knowledge about all the areas we were interested in. Also kept us on track making sure we were ready for our closing.

She knew all about the neighborhood the houses around and was always willing to share ideas of what could be done with each room in the house
