This was our second purchase experience with Stephen. Our first was a beautiful condo in Upper Arlington a few years ago, where our son lives. The second was a current new build patio home for us in Hilliard. We moved here from out of town, and appreciated his expertise in finding out information on the areas we were interested in. He attended all of the sales/design selection meetings and his assistance was very helpful in putting together a home that fit our vision, needs and price point. Stephen is a very detailed individual who can help keep you on track and make sure the fine points are addressed. We highly recommend using Stephen as your realtor. It's very obvious that he enjoys his profession!

We've been working with Katie on our home search since we went to a showing in Massillon that she happened to be covering. She has been unfailingly professional, accurate, timely, and thorough in even the most incidental interactions. I've never felt so well informed in deciding whether or not to even see a home, which is particularly invaluable given how competitive the current market is for buyers. When we did finally attend another showing with her, she was right on time and just courteously facilitated our showing, opening doors, turning on lights, etc with absolutely no pressure. In person she's sincere and upbeat too, making a stressful process much more bearable. We've worked with numerous good realtors in the past but none could hold a candle to Katie. We look forward to finally finding our home with her support and I cannot recommend her more highly as a buyer's agent!

We just bought our first home and Theresa and Rhonda couldn't have been more amazing throughout the whole process! Had answers for every question we had, no matter how silly they were with us being so new to this. Truly couldn't have chosen a better team to help us into this next phase of life! 10/10 THE BEST.

I could not have asked for a better agent than Court. Buying our first house was quite intimidating, especially in such a competitive market. Court made us feel at ease and was able to answer even our most naive or niche questions. Court quickly understood what we were looking for and was a joy to spend Saturday mornings touring homes with.
